Mrs Abisola Ikusagba is an astute human capital consultant. She graduated from Ogun State University, now called Olabisi Onabanjo University with a first degree in Agric Science. She then proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka and obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and personnel Management (MILR). She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Abisola has wide expertise with teams, talent management, company systems & structure, processes, productivity, coaching, financial sustainability amongst other skills. She is a resource person per excellence. Her professional career has taken her outside the shores of Nigeria, to represent firms at various senior executive roles and conferences. She is passionate about volunteering and experience in the profit to include consultancy, real estate, construction industry, financial services, and non profit sector.
Abisola is a resource person at the Nigerian Institute of Management for years as well. She has facilitated as a resource person at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, Corona Schools Trust Council and several other reputable organizations in the private and public sector of the Nigerian economy. She has facilitated several trainings, across several topics in human resources, management and beyond. She is a certified trainer and coach.
Abisola has a niche in transforming the mindset of employees to be strategic professionally and personally and move outside their comfort zone. She has pioneered various human resources solutions to teams and companies. She has also worked with employers, to deliver niche solutions to their various needs. Abisola adds value to people in the area of emotional, mental health and mindset. She is a Human Resources generalists consultant and delivers solutions for various firm. She currently has worked to deliver human resources solution to the whole value chain of organizations to include blue-chip firms, government institutions and SME’s.
