Mrs Abisola Ikusagba is an astute human capital consultant. She graduated from Ogun State University, now called Olabisi Onabanjo University with a first degree in Agric Science. She then proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka and obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and personnel Management (MILR). She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She is a resource person per excellence. Her professional career has taken her outside the shores of Nigeria, to represent firms at various senior executive roles and conferences.
