VENDOR TERMS & CONDITION 


This Terms and Conditions are related to listing of digital products on  www.ojaadigitalmarketplace.com and by continuing with your payment  to get listed on the platform, you are to abide by the terms and conditions  therein;

NOTE: The product protection is optional and it is for ANDROID device ONLY. If you want the protection for desktop/laptop, it comes with additional 10% charges on each sales. That is 20% platform charge for desktop/laptop , while for Android device the platform charge is 10% of each sales.


1. Vendor Annual Subscription Fee: The Vendor service is a yearly subscription service, which means you will have to  pay the vendor fee on a yearly basis. This charge covers hosting and listing of unlimited products, server maintenance, and email delivery to unlimited customers 

You will be sent a notification email in advance  on a periodic basis when your subscription fee is about to expire. 

At the end of each billing cycle, you need to renew under the exact same  conditions unless you cancel it or Ojaa Digital Marketplace cancels it. You may  cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account  management page (dashboard) or by contacting  

[email protected] customer support team. 

When your subscription expires, you won’t be able to cashout from the  system until you renew your subscription. 


2. Marketing and Sales: In other for you to make sales, we will give you the necessary training you need  for your product(s) marketing, but you have to put in the work if you must see  results and resources and in most cases hire digital marketers to help boost your revenue


3. Customer Support: We will provide after sales support to all your customers. 

While you focus on sales, we will handle your customers’ complaints as long as  they are related to the customer getting access to the products. 


4. Vendor Payment: We will pay all vendors weekly on every weekend. All your sales for the week are  aggregated and paid to you every weekend. 


 

5. Referral Engagement and Payment : If you decide to engage affiliates on the platform to help market and sell your product, you will have to specify the commission that you will want to be paid to the affiliate  that brings the customers to purchase your product(s). For every sale made by the  affiliate, the commission you specified will be deducted from gross sales and paid  to the affiliate while net balance after deducting all related charges will be paid to  you. 

There are two levels of affiliates, Basic and Super Affiliate. You can decide to engage only one level of affiliate of the two levels of affiliates.



6. Product Cost : You can only list products with a minimum price of N5000. Any product that the price is less than N5000 cannot be listed on the platform.



7. Product Sales Page: Vendors must have content for the sales pages. You can engage competent copywriters to wright sales copies for each product you list on the platform.

  

8. Digital Marketer: Vendors are advised to engage the services of a digital marketer that will be responsible for traffic generation that will lead to product sales. The digital marketer will also be responsible for lead generation, email follow up, product support etc


9. Payment Processing charges (Online payment through Paystack): You can choose to add this charge to your product cost so that the customer will bear this cost or you can decide to bear the cost which we will deduct before paying you all your customers sales for each week.


For Local Transactions: 1.5% + NGN 100, fee waived for transactions under ₦2500. Local transactions fees are capped at ₦2000, meaning that's the absolute maximum you'll ever pay in fees per transaction.  That is, for a product that cost 10,000 the charge is N250 (1.5% of N10,000 which is N150 + N100 Flat fees).

For International Transactions (If the customer paid with foreign card): 3.9% + NGN 100. That is, for a product that cost 10,000 the charge is N490 (390 + 100). International cards are charged and settled in Naira by default. 


10. Support Charges: 

The support charge is 10% per each sale on all vendor products. This helps us provide lifetime support to make sure that the customers can always use the products. That is, for a product that costs 10,000 the charge is N1000.


11. No sale of other people or Vendor Products under your account: 

All  products must be original to you and not a COPYRIGHT of another person. You cannot give out other people or vendors’ products as a bonus on the platform, though you can do that outside the system. You cannot be a SUB-VENDOR for other vendors.


12. Copyright owner: Vendors must have copyright to all products listed under them on the platform
